Could I take this opportunity to congratulate you on the quality of your catering for my daughter’s wedding … people came up to me after the event specifically to praise the quality of the meal. Having spent many years on the conference circuit and having attended many, many functions of various sorts, I have to say that the meal you provided was possibly the best I have ever had provided at such a function. The sheer quality of the beef (and its generous portion size) was mentioned by many people. The meal definitely enhanced the entire event, and contributed to a memorable day.
